French Week Celebrations / La Semaine du français
Watch for information in February 2011 for information on activities for this celebration.
Organized by the Department of Education/French Programs and partners like CPF, French Week is an annual celebration of French language and francophone cultures. Community organizations across the country will join in promoting French and everything that goes along with it with assorted activities and events.
The theme this year is Célébrons la diversité de la francophonie canadienne. The proclamation with be held at the PEI Newcomers Association on February 20th, at 2pm.
