CPF French Summer Camps
Each year CPF offers summer camps in various areas across PEI. This year we will NOT be offering day camps in Montague and Summerside. We hope to build further partnerships with other organizations to offer additional camps. Please check the web site to see these new camps as they become available.
This year we have: The L’Istorlet Centre Nautique camps in Îles-de-la-Madeleine are for ages 8 to 11, 12 to 14, and 15 to 17, register with CPF . The camps are for French Immersion and French language students. Also the UPEI Fun and Fitness Camps will have two or three designated for French speaking students but will also offer additional French camps if the requests are made and numbers warrant, register directly with UPEI.

All the camps offer students an opportunity further develop their French language skills over the summer while enjoying educational and entertaining activities in and out of doors. Although we try to accommodate all levels of French, the participants should have a basic understanding and ability to comprehend the elementary instructions.
French is spoken as much as possible. At some shared activities like swimming pool, the students will be mixed with others at the pool and therefore it will be more difficult to keep to the French only rule.
